Know when a screen goes dark
Our monitoring service watches every screen across your sites and emails you when one goes offline, with a clue as to why: a power cut, a restart, or the internet dropping while the screen kept playing. A small on-site monitor can tell a crashed player from a dead network cable. You get a monthly uptime report too.

What do I need to get started?
A screen and something to drive it: a BrightSign player, a Windows PC, a Teams Room, a room panel, or a display with a web browser. We help you pick if you are not sure.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Each screen keeps a copy of its content and carries on looping. When the connection comes back it catches up.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Add as many people as you like and give each a role. There is no per-person charge.
Why is it so cheap?
